Continental Audi of Naperville

I’ve bought two cars from this dealership in the past 6 months. The first visit was in October and the second was today. Both times I purchased the staff was knowledgeable and professional. I wasn’t there for hours upon hours and I knew every step they made. My salesman Rob Grignon is really patient, friendly and full of knowledge. Josh in finance is straight to the point and very friendly. The management team is willing works hard to make your experience pleasant.

I love the service team here as well, they are also friendly and welcoming. They are honest and do their best to prepare you for their findings. This is a no bs dealership and the best I’ve worked with.

I have bought a lot of cars and have been to a lot of different car dealerships in my lifetime but NOTHING can compare to my experience at Continental Audi with Jeff Garvey. Buying a used vehicle can be a stressful and long process. Cars are never as described or will have hidden damages/repairs. When I arrived, the vehicle was waiting in front and was EXACTLY as described. This was one of the few dealerships that had a full detailed inspection report with each car and the only dealer I have ever been to that allowed me to test the car to it's max potential by using a dedicated test track. I left the dealership with zero doubts that I had bought a great and reliable car. Most importantly, I did not feel any pressure from Jeff/sales department to buy the car. He greeted me with enthusiasm and was very knowledgeable during the test drive. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to check this dealership out. They are the absolute best. I hope to do business with Continental again!

I am completely satisfied with my buying experience with Rob Grignon at Continental Audi in Naperville. He did everything he could to make sure I am not only happy with the Audi Q5 but that it was exactly what I wanted. Never at any point did I feel pressured to buy. In fact it was quite the opposite.
