Conquistador Apartments

I was a renter at the Conquistador apartments. Just recently my family an i had to move back to phoenix,AZ where my husband was relocated from is work. I have tried to get a hold of the someone in the Conquistador apartments for a verification on our stay there,but no one answers the phone this is holding me up in getting a place for me and my family, if i am still unable to get a hold off them or the people who are trying to verify my pass landlord and are unable also get a hold of them, i have no other alternative but to get a hold of the Attorney General office to complaint but this issue.

The apartments roof leaked for over 3 months, walls started to get black mold. landlord was notified when it first happened and nothing was done about it. I had over 4 buckets in my living room trying to catch all the water, 5 gallon buckets would fill up in one day. apartment was cleaned up when i moved out but they still didnt give my deposit back even thought the roof was "still" leaking.
