Nancy and Mark were great to work with and our email issue was solved quickly.We had been using another IT service before and it had literally been over three months since the issue started and had not been resolved.We are a small non-profit and do not have a lot of money to go towards unexpected expenses like this so CSI's quick service and knowledge was so helpful!We look forward to *not* having to use them again, as you always hope with computer issues--but the next time an issue comes up, we will definitely be calling on them again.
