STAY AWAY! This guy Kevin Edwards running this outfit cam in my house to work on my unit. He stole $300.00 that was sitting on my counter. As soon as I noticed it was gone when he left I called him and he has never answered or returned my calls. This is proof. What kind of contractor does work and the customer calls immediately back 5 minutes after leaving and he doesn't or answers any calls at all. I tried for two weeks to get in touch with no contact. STAY AWAY!!!!!

It's been a positve experience. It's been good.
I'm a contractor. Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning has been doing my heating and air work for about five to six years. I've been working there so long I don't even remember how I found out about them! If they weren't doing a good job, they wouldn't be doing it. What stands out to me about Comfort Zone Heating & Air Conditioning is their customer service. They get things taken care of promptly and take care of my clients promptly. Give them a call and give them a try!
