Terrible customer service and shoe repair

I spent good money having shoes repaired only to be treated with complete lack of respect when they did a very poor job repairing my shoe. The tip they repaired on my heel broke off after wearing it a couple of times. On the phone he said he would only discount me back $2 whopping bucks. Fine, whatever. Then my husband goes to pick them up and the guy (Mike) changes his mind because he couldn't find a ticket. Sorry guy not my problem that you can't spell or read. I have never seen such terrible customer service. People shouldn't call their customers liars and cheats. Clearly, I won't ever go back!

Messed up my wedding shoes - twice

We took my Stuart Weitzman dyeable shoes here and they messed them up, twice. We picked an ivory color out of a swatch book they had and the first time the shoes came back bright gold. We had them sent back and the second time they came back a lighter gold. Nowhere near the ivory color we picked out. And the Stuart Weitzman box the shoes were in came back looking like it got drug behind a bus across Texas. Now I have my bridal portraits in two days and shoes that don't match. Please do not go here, especially for something as important as your wedding shoes.

Unorganized, uncooperative, dishonest

I am VERY DISAPPOINTED/UPSET with this establishment!!!! My family has used Cobblestone in Fort Worth for years. However, last year I sent my Coach diaper bag in for a strap fixed. I payed for the repairs at that time and was told they needed to send it to the Dallas location. I was then handed a tiny claim ticket as record of my payment and bag (this bag was a gift from my Husband retails for $450.00). Unfortnately, my toddler had got ahold of my purse and wallet misplacing my ticket. Shoot! Sorry! Things happen! When I went to claim my bag, they told me that because I did not have my tiny claim ticket that they could not locate my bag ANY other way! WOW! I thought it was 2009 (2008 at that time) and they cannot locate my bag? I think its that they CAN locate it but WON'T! Sounds fishy to me. This establishment is shady! I call from time to time checking to see if they have found it. Don't take anything to them if you want it back! I am not only angry but heartbroken over this. The bag was a special gift from my Husband for our first child together!
