Cobblestone Auto Spa

FLW Cobblestone scratched the inside of my windshield and would not take responsibility for it. I have an immaculate Tundra and noticed a 2 inch fine scratch in the center of the driver's side. I noticed it right away a couple blocks from Cobblestone after getting a simple wash and wax. I thought it must be a streak on the outside of the windshield because it didn't wipe away from the inside when I tried to rub it off while driving. I drove all morning, checked it out after lunch and discovered the scratch WAS inside. I called immediately, was told to come down which I did. The manager tried to wax it out and said I couldn't prove they did it. Supervisor tried a compound wax and said - Sorry, tough luck. He told me I may have done it - I said the scratch is smack in the middle of my side of the windshield! It is a new scratch that wasn't there before I came in. I got the corporate office number, called and left msg. No reply. No integrity. Thugs.

this company sucks!and they cheat their customers.they also have their employees that are illegal ,use previous employees (that are legal) information so they can work there.I'd give them 0 stars if that was an option
