Classic Manor

Listen to these reviews and you won't regret it. This company is absolutely awful. Don't be fooled by their claim to be "family owned" and "in business for 3 years" - these guys are extremely unprofessional and rude. They are dishonest and try to rip people off as much as possible. They told us 3 different prices to get our cars back, and in the process of towing the car, they severely scratched the car and even tried to claim that they didn't do it. We have it on video that the car was being scratched as it was being taken off the their truck. They wouldn't even let the guys behind us get their cars back for no apparent reason. They threatened to call the police on me because I wanted to go onto the lot to see my friend as they smart mouthed her and made her cry. I understand cars need to be towed sometimes, but they can at least be professional and NOT damage the car! They do ONE job - tow cars - and they can't even do it correctly! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.
