Classic Homes by Weaver

I agree with the other posters. My home is in terrible condition due to shabby work by sub contractors. The guys he hires are equivalent to "shade tree mechanics". They know enough to make the house stand up, but not much else. The electrical work was the worse! I'm surprised I haven't had a fire. This is my first home and I'm so disappointed. Gary Weaver has been mean and unconcerned. The worse part is that all of the lawyers in Valdosta are his buddies, and won't help you when you call. Don't buy from Gary Weaver!

Kendra said it right when she wished she could give negative stars for Gary Weaver. We bought a home from hime and it didn't take long before we realised just how much of a liar/cheat he was. We had all sorts of problems with our house including an electrical failure due to shoddy workmanship, carpet that wasn't stretched properly, evidence of a fire in our attic (hidden by insulation), I could go on. He was impossible to get a hold of. Glad I moved out and don't have to deal with it anymore. I tell all my friends that are moving to the Valdosta area to avoid anything built by Classic Homes by Weaver.

I am very happy with my home that was built by Classic Homes by Weaver. We moved into our new home in November and have not had any problems with our home. Mr. Weaver was very professional and even worked long hours to finish our home by the deadline that we wanted to move in. I would highly recommend this builder. Our wood ceilings and cabinets are just beautiful, I have no complaints. We had no problems with the sub-contractors that Classic Homes by Weaver used either. All were very clean cut and nice people, I never met anyone who seemed "shady" as the other poster implied. Overall great experience and would use Mr. Weaver again.
