Unhappy tenant
Horrible water bill is included in your rent. But the water bill is always late, causing you to have to pay a $50.00 late fee if rent plus water is not paid on the 1st of the month. Maintenace us lazy. They barely complete work orders right or in a timely manner. But they charge you for there work order service. The leasing office staff is ghetto fabulous! Don't move here.

Horrible. Dont move here. AIY and the Clarkwood leasing staff are very unprofessional. Maintenance is lazy.
