Had a bad experience, where we ordered insurance for our new phones while we were there. Though I should of taken a closer look, we were assured that we had the insurance, but 9 days later phone dropped in the toilet and low and behold no insurance on the phone.

If you get an accessory from there you can only exchange it at that store. Which they never called me back when they got the accessory i wanted in.

Actually have heard of other AT&T stores complaining about this one as well. So if you can avoid it then please do.
