Extortion is illegal. Company better make sure ALL their company paper work, permits, licenses, employee info, etc is in order. Full investigation started last week, and will continue to resolved in court if need be.

1 star for towing car. 0 for nor accepting payment when offered,(when someone offers me money for services I usually accept it). Policy not to accept payment over phone, how about other forms' "not my policy" . Report car abanded to charge per day, no prob. Law suit to follow.
