Benco Landscaping & Construction

We went with Benco at the recommendation of our neighbor. They built a beautiful landscape retaining wall for us. Each night they cleaned up after work. Beautiful workmanship.

Customer service was excellent. Larry came by with samples and then provided us with a color picture of his proposal. Very attentive to detail. Very intent on making sure that we were happy with the job and willing to make any changes to make sure we were satisfied. Jaime and his crew were very conscientious and worked very hard. Excellent craftsmanship.

We were very excited with the detailed estimate that Benco's designer gave us. It was exciting and we were looking forward to a beautiful landscaping. The plants were small and they were not healthy upon being planted. After contacting them the same day as well as everyday afterwards, nothing was being done. He kept saying :water the plants" and I had professionals tell me they were dying and dead and wont come back. I brought this to the attention to the OWNER CHRISTIE F who insulted me on the phone saying all their other customers are happy and i can never be happy about anything. Christie was not concerned about it, said was just throwing out insults towards me. She was unprofessional and treated me as if my business was not appreciated. I have never seen any business treat their customers like this. She did not care nor did she even want to hear about my concerns. Now they are telling me that without paying the remaining balance I have on the account, NO WARRANTY IS IN AFFECT! even though they knew the plants were dying and not healthy upon planting the first day! The way the office is run, no phone calls being returned, and the way the owners of all people treat their customers and the poor products being planted. My suggestion is to stay as far away as you can from BENCO LANDSCAPING in Florissant (owners Christie and Greg). They are not professional in the way they treat their customers and their products are terrible! They are unfair and dont care about their customers. I am very disappointed in BENCO and how Christie handled this complaint!
