Allied Apartments is a negleted property. The common areas are never cleaned. Only the trash gets emptied when overflowing. Manager says he will clean once a quarter but can't even manage that. Some buildings still have the original wallpaper in the common areas, velvet and shiny, from the early '70's. If you don't mind being embarrassed when company comes, live there.
