Alfred's Superior Tree Service

I received a phone call from the owner who showed up at my house unannounced while I was gone to do an estimate for a simple trim job. He told me the tree would be dead in the next year or so and he didn't understand why we were wasting time trying to save it. That's when the insults and profanity started; such words as mother f-er, dumba*, and to get my lazy a** up there myself and trim my own tree. I told him to get off my property because I would never hire him to do anything! He also hung up on me in the midst of our conversation. Worst customer service ever! Can't believe this guy is in business with the way he treats prospective customers.
