Good service
I am out of state and own a rental property in Surprise. I have used Robert a couple of times per year for the last 5 or 6 years. Solid job, price seems fair to other quotes I got and usually is a fast turnaround when I ask for service.

BEWARE! Fly by night!
BEWARE! Robert has been lying to me for 2 1/2 weeks after botching an installation that flooded my kitchen. He took my money. I've been calling him everyday only to get lies about him fixing it.
