Advanced Medical Equipment

I went to these people for help in obtaining a power wheelchair, as my health makes it necessary in order to get around. They wasted over 3 months of my time by sitting on paperwork for weeks at a time, not keeping me informed of what was still needed, not returning calls in a timely manner, and outright lying to me about having sent paperwork to my doctor for verification when they did not send it to him until AFTER my original doctor's assessment had expired. I had to start the whole process again from the beginning (using another company) because these people did not do what needed to be done. It was frustrating, time-consuming, and in the end, all for nothing. The other company actually managed to get everything properly done and get me my chair in 3 1/2 weeks, amazing difference! I will not recommend Advanced Medical Supply to anyone.
