I had my car "repaired" in May of 2012. They supposedly repaired the entire back end. On the day I was due to come in to pick up my car, I showed up and nothing had been done. They threw it all together on that day so that I could pick it up on the way home. So it only took one day to "repair" my car. How come I had to have a car rental for two weeks? Also, they did NOT replace everything that the estimate showed needed to be replaced such as my muffler. Now I have a rattle AND when I idle I have carbon monoxide coming into my car. Plus my mud flaps were never put on so of course leaves and mud build up in my rear bumper only to drop off in my garage. What a huge mess! Never EVER take your vehicles there. Research on the internet shows three or four different phone numbers for the shop which is a big red flag. I should have done better research before taking my vehicle there.
