This guy dont know what his talking about, hi confuse company,We all ways take care our customers 100% or it free, $2000.00 for water heater????? Please stop using drugs!!!!!Thanks

My parents, who are in their 70's had them out to do some sewer jet cleaning (their "special sale") and they said their water heater needed replacing, which they charged nearly $2000 to replace. That soon leaked and then wanted more money to fix their work. They have not returned my last 4 phone calls. Only can give one star because won't allow me to give Zero.
