AG Diesel Repair

AG has been maintaining my diesel pickup for years and I have no complaints. I recently discovered that they also work on gas vehicles, so I've been bringing in my daughters Jetta for about the last year. I've received the same standard of service on her car as I've always received on my truck. Simply put, these guys know what they're doing and they get it right the first time. Thanks AG!

I have a small business with about 6 cars. I have a place I normally get our vehicles done at, and had contacted them to pick up our van. One of my drivers, trying to be helpful, contacted AG for an estimate. The driver is not authorized to make arrangements for service, and AG went ahead and scheduled a pick up for us. The AG mechanic showed up literally 2 mins before my service provider, and the receptionist handed him the key, knowing that it was supposed to be picked up. When I contacted AG to let them know that the service was not authorized and to return the van, they told me they would the next morning. They did not, and instead called at 4pm the next day, asking if they should go ahead and start working on it instead, telling me that since they already had it, they should do the work anyways. I said no, and then they said it would be another $50 for them to return the vehicle, on top of another $50 for the pickup! We will not be using them ever for their poor work ethics.

these guys were great. they went through my whole truck and told me everything that was going on. i dropped it in the morning and it was inspected and completely repaired and running better than ever by 4pm. very professional. i'll definately be back . thanks - nick -gladstone OR-
