A & A Remodeling

A&A Remodeling was a big waste of my time. The owner missed the appointment he set to inspect my project. We rescheduled and when he arrived, I told him what types of estimates I was looking for. I told him I had a bad experience with another contractor. He nodded and pretended to write the other contractor's name down. I told him I needed the estimates ASAP--"No problem!" he said.
So I waited...and waited. Over the next three weeks I called or e-mailed every couple days asking for the estimates and when I actually got him on the phone, he made up a lame excuse. I eventually demanded he send me the estimates he promised or I'd write a poor review. "That's ok" he said "I talked to my lawyer about your slander and threat and you'll be hearing from him shortly". Wow, give this man the service of the year award. You may want to do your research if you really want to go with them (I don't see them listed on the BBB's website). I certainly won't be doing business with them any time soon.
