This place should not be licensed. I went in for a routine TRIM...next thing I know the lady is blending my bangs and chopping my long pretty hair. It was uneven and looked like she gave me a tail. I called and the manager gave me attitude and said, "Sorry, if I could glue it back I would, but I can't. " I went in to get it fixed by the manager the next week, since they wouldn't give me a refund. The MANAGER CUT IT CROOKED>.....I have pics to prove....I'm like any place where the manager can't cut your hair straight accross....should be banned. I mean even if it's a crappy cut most can at least make it straight??? Save yourself the attitude and getting your pretty hair ruined....I ended up having to have a real professional cut it off from mid way down my back to just below my shoulders just to fix it.
