Ansted is a part of the Fayette County region/metro area of West Virginia. Major attractions include Hawks Nest State Park and Mystery Hole. Each year in the spring season there is the Mountain Heritage Festival. Among the biggest companies in Ansted are Canyon Vista Restaurant and Ansted Floral and Gifts. The biggest schools here are Ansted Middle School and Ansted Elementary School. One of the best places to visit when you are in Anstead is Ansted Culture and Heritage Museum.

Very clean and comfortable bed. Air conditioning was very cold, and the water pressure will knock you thru the wall. LOL most places you deal with either no water pressure or the water isn't hot. Not here. The staff is excellent and they make you feel welcome. I would stay here any day over any fancy Hilton. Five star's in my book. Good down home hospitality. ...read more
