My house closed last Thursday, June 20th. Worthmore Realty, which was the selling agent has still not removed the "for sale" sign or taken the lock box off of my front door. I was at my new home this afternoon (Sunday, June 23) preparing for my move and three (3) people approached the front door thinking that the house was still on the market. I have called their office three (3) times and my real estate agent has called them and sent emails without any response.Worthmore, in my opinion, is not worth a whole lot. The "for sale" sign and the lock box should have been removed from my property by the following day (Friday, June 21) at the very least.They got their money and ran. Not a very professional group.
