On a recent vacation vacation from Georgia to Wisconsin, I had the misfortune of going to this restaurant. It was a disaster from start to finish. During our almost 2 hour ordeal in a half empty restaurant, our reservation was lost, we waited 10 minutes before a waitress even greeted us, another 20 minutes to get her back over to take our order, we couldn't get refills on drinks (how hard is ice water?), after an hour wait my dinner was served wrong (wrong steak and cooked wrong), and we had to flag the waitress down to get our check (which took another 10 minutes and was also wrong). The waitress had an attitude from the beginning. When we complained to the owner/manager he also had a nasty attitude. To top it off, the waitress gave us the finger and loudly quit. I'm fairly patient but this place took bad customer service to a whole new level. I've never been treated like this in a place of business and am still shocked at the experience. At first I was kinda turned off on the fact that it is a small business, but just recently I've decided to give it a shot and I'm shocked! Their pizza is AMAZING. The crust is fluffy and delicious, and their seasoning adds a lot of flavor. They also have some of the best breadsticks I've ever had. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this over Denelies or any other pizzerias in the area. ...read more
