Our 2 children went here in 2008 and much of 2009. We loved the staff, management and facilities. Highly recommend them all. Only reason why we left (to go to a YMCA facility) was our 5 year old starting kindergarten and the new location was closer to our residence. Only negative about the facility are the afternoon hours. Due to working downtown, pick-up by 5:30PM was unfortunately an issue on some occasions. No idea what the negative reviewer was talking about. Nancy and her team run a tight ship and love/tolerate all. ...read more

I've overheard staff making derogatory remarks about children, their families and cultural groups and the norms of the families culture ""I don't know what those people are feeding their kids for lunch but I wouldn't feed that to my dog"". The director, Nancy said ""we don't give regard to other peoples cultures or traditions. what they do at home is their own business. we have our own way of doing things here at CCC and if you don't like it I think you know what to do"" as she gestures toward the door. I've also heard young staff members yelling down the hall and another literally dragging her screaming daughter without stopping or slowing to allow her to stand. I've heard staff breaking confidentiality telling other parents about a families personal business and several undocumented unreported injuries. The building and playground are great, most of the staff are wonderful but there are a few bad apples spoiling the bunch. ...read more
