VERY DISHONEST BUSINESS!! I called to set up an appt with this Budget Blinds because it was closest to me. I had to reschedule and used 411 on my phone to get the number. I was given the number for another Budget Blinds located on the west side of Madison on Odana Rd. When I called I was immediately asked for my zip code and when I gave it to them, they tried to look for my appointment and couldn't find it. We eventually figured it out that my appointment was with this Budget Blinds (in McFarland) which should have never booked the appointment in the first place because it is outside of their territory (it was explained to me that Budget Blinds of NE Madison can only service the north and east side of Madison by assigned territory). I cancelled my appointment and made an appointment with Budget Blinds on the west side (Odana Rd). I can't trust a company that is dishonest from the start and neither should anyone else. ...read more
