Terrible service provider. When doing a refi, they were selected to appraise our house. The report was riddled with factual errors about the house and the details of a recent transaction. This delayed our closing by 6 weeks, causing us to lose our rate lock. When they were challenged by the bank, Garth made up his own facts instead of simply calling us and verifying the details.
