To the Pastor; I an an 80-yr old Korean War Veteran from Texas. Am trying to locate an 81-yr old army vet whose 1946 address Watertown, WI. His name is James K Duchene. There are only 4 with this last name in State of WI. I have searched all available phone directories (white Pages) in all 50 states. Believe that he is still living, as his name is not posted in Social Security Death Records. Can you check with sone Senior Citizen members of your church (and other protestant churches in vicinity of Watertown).
