The city of Blair is a part of Trempealeau County, Wisconsin, and is located along the Green Bay and Western Railroad, which runs along the Trempealeau River valley. Blair is also known as the Driftless Area and Coulee Region. Major attractions in the city include Cheese Fest, which takes place each September, and the lefse and lutefisk dinners in honor of the city's Norwegian heritage.
