This is disgusting to tell you my experience at Tom's Drive in on "N" Little Chute. I first walked in and tried to take my order with a girl named Kayla. I( was the only one there at the time. I had ordered 2 double with cheese, lettuce pickle and mayo. 3 times she wanted to add onions. I said to her why do you say onions to me I never said onions. They she forgot the lettuce and the pickles. She does not listen at all. I noticed she had cat hair all over her. I am wondering how many code violations I am looking at when I have her right in front of me. Kayla said to me that she thought she had gotten all the cat hair off of her. She then went to the sink next to the drink dispenser and wet a paper towel and shrugged off the cat hair behind the counter were all the hair can be blown all over the back area to get on food and what ever. Totally disgusting. Yuk. FDA should be called. I was astonished she could come into a restaurant looking like she belonged milking cows and for heavens sake not working with food. I asked for the manager her name is Stephanie. I told her about this girl Kayla with the bad memory, horrible hygiene and no common sense. Stephanie told me that she had warned Kayla multiple times about the cat hair. What! multiple times. I said she should have been fired the 2nd time she came to work with animal hair all over her and now she is here again serving food. This tells me that you employees are stupid arrogant and careless about your livelihood. These people represent you and your best efforts as an establishment to cater to your clients. Stephanie has no regard for your company and I would say that it is time to find 2 new employees to run your business while it is still open. I am also sending a letter to the proper chain to make sure your store is checked out and dealt with accordingly. I will never step foot in that store again. It was sickening to see such stupidity on this level. I own 2 companies in Green Bay and I would have fired both people on the spot no questions asked. They both need to be gone and working on a dairy farm in my opinion. ...read more

As a regular customer for the last 5-6 yrs,my husband I did not have a very good experience going out to eat last night. Ordered soup and a wrap.Restaurant was not that busy when we arrived.Did get busier as time went on.Woman waiting on us brought me wrong soup.Just dropped it off and ran off.Had to wait to get her attention to get correct soup.She never said "sorry about that". Made me feel like it was my fault. After 15 min,I asked if I was going to get my wrap. She said kitchen was busy.Not very good customer service.She never came back to ask if everything was okay or if we needed anything else. I love subway however this perticular location is subpar. Trying to dine from there will make you lose your appitite. Tried again tonight hoping it improved however it did not. They were out of the soups, all the cookies, as well as many of their bread options. The black olives and pickles looked and tasted frost burnt. There was hot peppers mixed in with the sweeter green peppers and lettuce. The mayo container had a black rim on top and bottom that looked like mold. To make the stomach turnin situation worst there was a long line of guests and only one slow employee manning the front while you could see two others just standing around talking by the back door. If you find youself hungry for a sandwich while at the mall id reccomend either eating at charleys or going across the street to the subway location inside walmart. ...read more
