DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They have had my computer 4 times in one month's time just to fix the keyboard! The last time I picked it up, not only was the keyboard still not working but also the screen was broken, and the casing wasn't even closed! They are now trying to charge me an additional $75 to fix the screen they broke!!!! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AND GET SCREWED LIKE I DID!

I called to get a price to replace a power plug on a laptop. I was quoted 200 dollars. I then asked how much it would cost if the laptop was already taken apart and I had the part in hand - 25 dollars. I thought I was all set until I took the motherboard in. They called back telling me I needed to remove the power plug or more charges would be added. NOW it's 25 to remove the part, an 25 to install the new part. Not happy about getting 200 dollars so I'm getting charged more? I won't send anyone back to Whole Sale Computer Supply after this. Give them a call to reach the "crook-a-dial hunter".
