Walk up a short flight to the main level where you'll find an inviting living room with a vaulted ceiling & arch windows. Recline in the comfy leather sofas & enjoy a movie, or sunbathe on the wrap-around deck & watch the pool activity on the lower patio. A lovely dining area, with partial Gulf views, awaits a gourmet meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A full bath is close by down the hallway with jetted tub & dual sinks in a granite counter. The spacious, & beautifully decorated, master bedroom has a king bed & flat screen TV, as well as a queen-size sleeper sofa for 2 extra guests. For a change of scenery, French doors lead out to a private wrap-around screened-in deck that overlooks beautiful homes nearby & is a great retreat for the master suite.
There is ample parking at this wonderful home, though no trailers or lettered trucks are allowed per neighborhood rules. For those with allergies, this home has been designated 100% pet-free and smoke-free. A full-size washer & dryer are located on the entrance level of the house for your use. Wireless phones are on the premises for calls to the United States & Canada, & wireless internet is also included for your convenience. Membership to the Bay Oaks Recreation Complex, just a half mile away, is included too.

Visit the Mound House for a piece of local history, just a half mile north of us. Walk, or use the bicycles provided in the storage area, to the Publix Supermarket just a few blocks south of the house, along with the award-winning Bay Front Bistro right behind it on beautiful Estero Bay. Going a couple miles south, you'll find the Beach Theatre where you can dine while watching a movie. Santini Mall, full of unique shops and restaurants, is the next stop. Charter boats, jet skis, and parasail rentals are also available. Lovers Key State Park, at the southern most tip of the island, is a popular spot for swimming, shelling, and exploring. Turn around & head north to Times Square where there are more shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Take a stroll on Pelican Pier. A trolley service runs all day & well into the evening for 50 cents per person. Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or a sunset cruise on the Fort Myers Princess, or take a ferry to Key West. The Getaway Marina offers various tours. The Fort Myers Beach Golf Club is here on the island, & several mini golf courses are close by. In Fort Myers, make sure you visit the Edison & Ford Winter Estates & Museum, the historic Burroughs Home and Gardens, as well as The Butterfly Estates & Flutterby's Cafe. The Minnesota Twins class A minor league team, the Fort Myers Miracle, plays a regular season schedule at Hammond Stadium.
