Whimsy Park Pet Boarding

We have left our dogs at Whimsy Park twice, and the owner seems to really know the dogs, and has a nice facility that seems to be built just for taking good care of dogs. There are nice, clean, comfortable indoor units and outdoor runs. I want a place where they love dogs, and I think they do at Whimsy Park

Our normal pet boarding place was booked up and we went to Whimsy Pet based on a friends recommendation - and are we glad we did. Vicky (the owner) was awesome. She bonded with our lab right away - (the dog treats helped)! We could tell our gal was going to be in goo...d hands. Excellent service! Our dog just loves this place. We have tried several places before a friend recommended Whimsy. They treat our dog as if it was their own..

We have used Whimsy Park for a few years now and its a great facility and Vickie is close by and an excellent manager. Our dogs have always done well there and upon their return home. Our older dog is no longer with us but Abbey our Jack Russell seems to love going there (even though she misses her mom and dad :-)

I do not recommend using this facility and if I had more room I would give the full reason why. Basically the owner misrepresented her service. There's another interesting negative review on yellowpages.com

Cannot say enough great things about Whimsy Park and the staff! After moving to the area about two years ago I was concerned about finding a place to board my "kids". I had heard great things about Whimsy Park and when I stopped in to view the kennel I was amazed at how... clean it was, the size and quality of the individual kennels and the great yards available for play time. The owner is a Vet Tech which adds extra comfort and peace of mind when I do have to board my 3 German Shepards. I boarded over the Thanksgiving holiday and they actually camped out at the back door when they saw my suitcase knowing they were going to see Vickie & the crew. It's unfortunate "Steve" had a bad experience. But it also appears that "Steve" feels he should continually receive special privileges. Would he really expect his local grocery store to open after hours just for him? I would HIGHLY recommend Whimsy Park to anyone who regards their pets as part of the family. Read More
