Terrible customer service
Mrs. Bates was extremely rude over the phone and you can tell she is a bossy lady who thinks she runs the place. I can't believe they would allow an employee like this to interact with customers

Their employees need to learn how to drive!!!
Some jerk in one of their work vans tried to run me off the road and then gave me the finger like I did something wrong. You would think that a guy driving a van with his company's phone # on the side would be a little more courteous.
