Western Towing

this towyard stole my tablet and ipad mini as well as drove 1/2 tank of fuel out of my car. there are 3 "tweekers" is what the receptionist lasy jessica called them living inside the fence.so if anyone ever gets towed for any reason check everything when you pick it up. if i could give negative stars i would give -5

I was in an auto accident on I5 11/17/216. When he driver arrived for the tow of my car he did not say a word to me, did not offer to help me with my 3 large bags I was taking from the vehicle, did not offer for me to sit in the truck, it was cold and raining, the officer came and helped me instead. The diver was very rude, tired to open my drivers door, which was not able to open, i told him repeatedly that he should not and could not open the doors. he became very irritated with me. He wanted the car in neutral, which i offered to start and place the vehicle in neutral for him and explained it was a push start there was not key. He snatched the keys from me climbed in the car, placed his dirty dirty boots on the dash and got in the driver seat. Once he started the car he began to yank on the shifter, which i explained had a button on it, he replied, "yeah I KNOW THAT" then climbed out with his duty boots being placed again on the dash and middle console. He was no polite and smelled like cigarets and booze. as he started to pull my car up on the ramp he scrapped the rims on the none wrecked side of the car all along the ramp causing more damage to the rims of the vehicle. When I called to express my concerns the next day the Office Manager was rude, defensive, and accused me of being a liar and told me she was as high as I could go because he was the manager and only person that I could talk to at that locations. The over all experience was very upsetting, especially after a horrible car accident. This company is not professional or kind... the experience was the worst I have ever had from a tow company.
