About We Care Computer Repair

Everyone hates taking their computer into a shop to be worked on and having no idea how long it will take before they even start on it. They never call you so you never know whats going on or whats taking them so long. And the pain of unplugging everything and just hoping you can get it back together again once they are done. Plus you might get it all the way home and then it does work like you want it to. But if you pay someone like Geek Squad to come out its going to cost you a arm and a leg and they might even have to make more than one trip, which just waste your time.

Well we are here to fix that. We come and pickup your computer at no extra charge*. And when we are done with your computer we will plug everything back in and show you that your problem is resolved. And once we pickup your computer we start working on it the same day. We also will call your with any update as soon as we have them. We also offer on-site computer repair if you need something fixed right then. All of our techs are A+, Network+, and Apple certified, so they can handle any type of computer or issue that you may have. But the best part is really our prices. You won't find another techshop around that can't offer such skilled technicians and quality service for such low prices.

Prices and Services

Flat-rate Labor Services (Includes Pickup and Drop Off of the Computer*)

$100 - Desktop Repair
Includes all labor to fix the stated issues and any upgrades requested with a desktop computer. Parts are not included.

$120 - Laptop Repair
Includes all labor to fix the stated issues and any upgrades requested with a laptop computer. Parts are not included.

$75 - Windows or Mac OS Reinstallation
Includes reinstallation of the Operation System, hardware drivers, and all OS updates done on a desktop or laptop computer. Well also setup the computer on your network/internet when it is return to you. Does not include installation of external devices "such as printers" or other software programs.

$90 - Virus Cleaning with AVG Free and Malwarebytes Included
Includes the removal of all Viruses, Spyware, and Malware on a desktop or laptop computer. If the OS is damaged beyond repair then we will do a OS reinstallation at no extra charge. Also installed installation AVG free (anti-virus) and Malwarebytes (spyware and malware protection) to help your computer stays free of infections.

$90 - Data Recovery
Includes recovering deleted data and/or data from corrupt or damaged hard drives. If we are not able to recover any of your data, then you will have 50% of the labor refunded to you.

Add On Services (Must first purchase one the of the Flat-rate Labor Services)

$25 - Data Backup
Includes backing up requested data to CD-R, DVD-R, or another computer you own. If your data is too large for those options you can always purchase or provide a external hard drive to do the backup on to.

$15 - Installation of a Printer or Scanner
Includes installation of one printer or scanner onto one desktop or laptop computer.

$10 - Software installation
Includes installation of one software programs (such as MS Office) onto one desktop or laptop computer.

Onsite In-Home Services

$100 per hour** - Onsite Repair
Includes in-home repair of a desktop or laptop computer. Parts are not included. If the repair is judge to not be possible to repair onsite you will be charge the proper flat-rate


*Included pickup is only for customers within Hampton, Newport News, Yorktown, Poquoson, and Williamsburg area at this time. There is a extra pickup charge of $20 for all other Hampton Roads Cities.


Disclaimer: All Flat-rate Repairs Services are paid upon pickup of the computer. If you choose not to have the computer repair after a estimate is given then you will be refunded %25 of the labor cost. If we come to you to pickup the computer and you at that time choice to not have it repaired then you will be charged a $40 trip/diagnostic charge ($50 for out of local service area cities). We will do everything we can to make sure you do not lost any data, but can't be held responsible for data lost. We ask that if you have important data on your computer then please back it up before having us work on your computer. We also can't be held responsible for any damages or issues unrelated to the repair that happen before or after us working on your hardware. If a part we install is defective within 30 days of us working on the computer we will replace it for no charge. If you computer returns to having the same issue we fixed on it within 7 days of us repairing it, then we will attempt to correct that issue at no additional labor charge
