Walter Baker began his career in finance, but his creative spirit and passion for design eventually led him to tackle the fashion world. His fashion forward, affordable lines, ranging from sportswear with feminine silhouettes to outwear, have solidified the Creative Director as one o the most innovative minds in the industry. In 1991/ he launched his first signature label, WALTER, with an eclectic collection of flirty dresses and edgy jackets that would later go on the define the Walter label.

Today, Walter Baker oversees a globally recognized brand with a wide range of apparel, handbags and jewelry. Walter Baker's collections/ which include the Walter Baker White Label and W118 by Walter Baker, can be found in the most prestigious retailers around the world, including Cusp by Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdale's, Saks and Lord and Taylor. Walter's labels are covered in notable publications such as VOGUE, InStyle, Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Lucky and People StyleWatch. Walter Baker has dressed the likes of Taylor Swift, Blake Lively, Leighton Meester, Katy Perry and Rihanna.
