OMG This place has the worst Customer Service I have ever experienced!!! I sell items on Ebay and drop off my packages with pre-paid label already on the package... I have dropped several others at this place and have purchased here as well.... I had my husband go in and drop off a package that already had the pre-paid label on it... And the man which Im assuming is the owner sent my husband away and said you have to go to the post office.... When My husband told me that I called and asked why..When he is a mail service. The man called me back and said he is not making any money or revenue off of me and he does not know my husband so he sent him away...Wow is that customer service or What!! All he cared about is revenue and doesnt care that it is costing someone else gas to now go to the post office because he is not making a dime.... This is a great neighborhood store that doesn't feel at all like a chain. The staff is courteous and professional. In fact, if you're even a slightly bit regular they get to know you. Most of the time they have my mail waiting for me before I make it up to the counter.\t\n\t\nOne of the things I appreciate is that when you bring in something that needs to be packed or wrapped they don't make you or the other customers wait while they wrap it. I've tried this store many times, in order to give them a new chance. Each time the employees seem clueless as to where completed printed work is being kept behind the counter. If I where you I'd go to a different Kinkos for a print job and only go to this one if you have, have to. I've gone to this kinkos several times to enlarge photos. I need them as close to an 8x10 inch photo as possible, centered in the page. ANY place can do this! Not only do some of the staff have trouble figuring this out, one of them even refused to try! The minute I told him what I wanted, he said "I wouldn't even know how to do that. " and then "it's not possible."\t\nHe didnt even try! His attitude was "I'm not going to help you, I'm not going to give you customer service or figure it out."\t\nI wish I had gotten his name and called the manager, he was absolutely infuriating.
