I drove the extra miles to get to the Sumner McLendons because they always seem to have the answer. (Note: I go by Lowes & Home Depot on my way). This time I brought with me an old non-working door lock mechanism. A lady by the name of Gill grabbed it, cleaned it, worked on it until it was once again doing what it was supposed to do. She also found a new replacement for me just in case. She did a similar thing last year by locating a special bolt I needed. What a woman!
