what a joke, high change fees. they give up your seat when transferring from other delta flights if not at gate 15 min prior to departure: I got there 12 min prior after running. Trying to book a vacation through this travel agency was the worst experience. We have never been treated so terribly, or had such bad prices thrown at us in our lives.
