I purchased a 1 year old vehicle from Toyota of Olympia. It had Unibody damage. It was sold as a Seller Guaranteed vehicle, and Toyota Certified. I called the used car manager to resolve the issue. He was rude and denied knowing anything about the unibody damage. Even though a 150 point inspection was done....he seem to know nothing about the unibody/Frame damage. He said that if I only knew how many Unibody/Frame damage vehicles he gets, I would be surprised. People...do your self a favor...buy elsewhere. Most dealers are hungry for your dollars right now....don't waste your time with these Bottom-feeders! Most of the positive reviews here are posted by employees..do not be decieved. Goto Tacoma or another Toyota dealer close to you for used or New toyotas....You will get a better deal than these Bottom-feeders. ...read more

Gary's Tire Factory

5.0

By Linda B

I live in Tacoma but work here in Olympia. A few years ago when it snowed and then turned to ice my tire went flat when I got to work. On the advice from some coworkers I called Les schwab and they were mean and rude saying"can't help you til yoiu get it here!" So I called Gary's and they came and brought me a tire, put it on for me, followed me back to the shop. There they assessed what I would need ordered my tires put on a loaner tire and then got me back to work safely. When my tires came in they drove me to work and then picked me up from work to get my car. They are sooo helpful and sweet. All of this for no extra charge. Will not take my car to anyone else for tires or brakes. ...read more
