I was surprised that Renae didn't know anything about delivery to Whidbey Island. However she was very quick about getting the correct info and costs and explained everything perfectly. I knew kind of what I was looking for. As she and I discussed my cooking habits and features I was looking for, I felt like both items were exactly what I was looking for. Renae was great to talk to. She gave me a price I could not refuse without asking for it. Free delivery to my area, free installation, and free haul away. What more did I want?
