Robert "Dean" Todd is very dishonest. Provided a policy and after cancellation, he is charging me for "taking photos and processing the policy". If I would have known, I would have never even bothered getting a quote with him in the first place. He never disclosed there are fees for cancelling. BEWARE!!! There are MUCH MORE fees than the initial quote - and you won't know about them till it's too late. ...read more
