I lived in the area from 1946 to 1967 and make the annual trip 'back home'. This is where the local residents eat. It's been there since the 1930's. Good food, good prices, large portions, good service and HOMEMADE pies. If you're hungry, go here. The truckers pull off the freeway to eat at The Cottage and have done so for years.
