About Bellingham, WA
Located in the far northwest corner of the state of Washington, the city of Bellingham is a Pacific Northwest gateway to both the United States and Canada. Though smaller than other regional cities like Vancouver and Seattle, this former coal mining community offers a wide variety of outdoor recreational opportunities and cultural artistic and business pursuits. It is home to several colleges and also to the scenic Whatcom Falls State Park and also to the volcanic Mount Baker.
