While driving to work at 6am I was forced off the side of the highway by the company's driver. I wrote all the information down and called right away, I was instructed not to call the police as the company said they would take care of the incident. Well after I went and got not one, but two quotes the company's insurance co nationwide (who was completely rude) informed me they would not be covering the damages done to my vehicle simply because the drivers and my stories didn't match, although the driver "Mike" admitted to another employee that he heard my horn honk as he was swerving into my lane, he then admitted to seeing my mirror dangle and damage to my car. His boss Donald Dorr (owner) told him not to tell nationwide that he had swerved because it would condemn himself which would mean his company and insurance company would be held liable to the damages WHICH THEY DID cause to another persons vehicle. All in all I wrote this story simply because I feel that everyone else should be aware of what type of company they are supporting, I feel as though the driver and Dorr oil should take the responsibility of what they did, but no they would rather lie to their insurance company and cause me to pay for damages that I couldn't avoid. I am extremely shocked on how unprofessional this company is run and how they can go to sleep everynight living a complete lie. I drive with my 16 month old son in my vehicle and try and be as safe as possible. Company's have insurance for this reason and I feel as though Donald Dorr is well aware of the fraud he is commiting and hope that someone else doesn't cause him as much stress and pain as he has caused for me.
