Try any other place first
Two poor experiences lead me to say - try any other place first.\t\n\t\nIn December I went to the florist in person with a photo of what I wanted for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday. It was over a week before the event. The person taking the order took a copy of the ...photo I had brought along, asked questions and made notes of the details and did not suggest there would be any problem creating the requested arrangement. The day of the event when I returned to pick-up the arrangement it was not what I ordered, they didn't have the requested flowers, and didn't give me a discount as partial compensation for their failure to perform. At that point I decided I wouldn't return. \t\n\t\nA few days ago I received a birthday arrangement from them, ordered by an out-of-town friend. 75% of the roses were dead in three days. When I called them about refreshing the bouquet or giving my friend a discount they wouldn't stand by their product. The only recourse offered was for me to embarrass my friend by reporting their poor quality to her so she could pursue it through her florist
