How can anyone give them more than a zero rating?
This is the worst cell phone carrier store I've ever been in. Bad mangement and dishonest business practices.

If there is a zero star or a negative -- I would give this store.
The store is dishonest and does not present you with the full disclosure of fees and charges. So if you plan to purchase a plan through them, brace yourself for the unexpected charges when you see your first bill.
Don't even try going back to dispute it with anyone at the store -- the management there is horrible -- one I dealt directly Ken Tabb. Terrible customer service and attitude, and did not once apologize for misinforming me. Horrible management skills.
I don't have an issue with Verizon, because the customer service rep at the call center was very helpful and I like the wireless connection.
However, I would suggest going to another Verizon Wireless store so you don't get cheated.
It's unfortunate as the the customer service rep at the call center was very helpful.
