Verizon

The people at this store are very nice and pleasant when you are there to buy a new phone but if you're there for service forget it. I was there because I wasn't receiving phone calls about 25% of the time. Two of the three people I talked to were nothing but rude and I had to come into the store 3 times before they told me that the problem I was having with my phone was a known problem and they were issuing replacements but they were out of them. After another week with a none functioning phone I called the store but they said I needed to come in for the phone to be ordering and sent to my house. I told the woman I lived a half hour away and I wasn't coming in for a fourth time. When she was putting my address in to send the phone she said "that's only 20min away" and started laughing. I think these people think that once you're in a contract they can treat you however they want. But I will be going to the montgomeryville store from now and when my contract ends I will be getting at&t
