Not in good hands!!!
Called for a quote for my wife and myself together. Merlying Castro took all our information sent me a email with coverages. I then wanted to go ahead with policy but wanted to review the policy as it has terms and conditons i would like to review before I went through with it. They asked for by bank acct info. then sent me the policy to sign. I was not happy with the policy and told her i would not be going through with it. She then told me that the payment has already been processed and would take 5-7 business days to be reimbursed. I still do not understand how this payment can go though without me signing off on policy that is supposed to be active in 12 days from now. They booked their commission without giving me the client time to reivew what the heck im exactly paying. I called back wanting to speak with Valeria Fairnington and i was place on hold for 15 minutes and then her office manager came on the phone stating she was on the phone and could not take the call. Extremely unprofessional, STAY AWAY they will take your money and make you wait a week to get it back for something you did not agree upon.
